Our Process
We don’t follow a one-size-fits-all approach, as we understand how unique every newbuild and listed building renovation is. We use a flexible Plan of Work format to tailor our work to suit your needs, while meeting the required standards.

Our team of RIBA chartered residential architects offer professional advice at every stage of your project, while staying true to your vision.
With wide ranging expertise that covers both the creative and the practical, we are experts in architectural planning and consulting as well as architectural design. Working on your behalf, we will oversee the logistical and administrative aspects of your renovation or new build architecture project, including planning negotiations, building contractors, and surveys.
Evaluate
In this initial stage, we listen to your ideas, and give you the chance to get to know us. This lets us decide if we will work well together. We will then conduct an initial survey of your site and evaluate any policies or requirements that would influence your newbuild or architectural design project.
Design & Prepare
Working closely with you, we will develop a working design for your high end residential architecture project that considers your budget, legislation, and any limitations. While we are finalising your design, we will take care of administrative and logistical processes, while working with the relevant contractors and planning authorities in Richmond, Surrey or West London.
Build
Once all preparation is completed, our architects will manage building contracts, and conduct regular inspections at every stage of the building work.
