		<description><![CDATA[A feasibility study to convert a disused block of public lavatories into a restaurant on two levels.  The original thirties building had an austere quality and our approach was to replace the brick infill panels with sheets of planar glazing, while completely opening out the interior. The location of the building gives it spectacular views over the Thames from the top of Richmond Hill.]]></description>
