A new-build performing arts complex, accommodating performance space, rehearsal rooms, gallery for display of artwork, classrooms and sixth form common room. The practice took on the project after design stage, when the original architects ceased trading, and took it through the outstanding stages of town planning, design development and on-site services for a design and build contract.
