		<description><![CDATA[The creation of a new combined kitchen and dining area to infill the rear and side of this Victorian detached house with a modernist style. The design incorporated a single pitched extension with rooflights and large sliding folding doors. A feature Oriel window was created in structural glass which provided a focal point within the kitchen and garden.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Extension to an Arts and Crafts House. The project involved the demolition of an unsympathetic glazed extension and its replacement with a new living/dining area which picked up on the shape of the site and the roofscapes and materials of the existing house.<br />
<br />
The practice also designed the hard landscaping of the adjacent garden, which created a harmonious relationship between the house and its relatively confined site.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[A Victorian three storey school, with very little alteration was not responding to modern educational needs. A new side extension created a new main entrance, with improved security control, new administration suite, new full food preparation kitchen and an assembly/dining hall that can accommodate the entire school.<br /><br />
The design created a hinge point between the old and new building which has now become the central locus for the school community. The new hall is fully glazed to its north elevation, which directly faces St Anne's Church.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[A small rear extension was demolished as the first part of the project and replaced by a larger extension accommodating the dining and part of the kitchen areas.  The small area of garden absorbed into the new building had previously been overshadowed and unwelcoming. The roof of the new extension was created by two recessed gables, side by side,  with the gables fully glazed, throwing light deep into the interior of the ground floor. ]]></description>
