Percy Lodge, EAST SHEEN

18th Century Hunting Lodge (Grade I)

Percy Lodge is one of the oldest surviving buildings in the area of East Sheen, built as a hunting lodge on the edge of Richmond Park in around 1740 for Hugh Percy, The Duke of Northumberland.

The design intention was to restore the house to it’s original state as close as possible with no changes made the exterior of the property. The internal changes are designed to retain and sensitively restore the upper three floors while modifying and restoring the non-original parts of the house.

Completion is set for August.
